Onyx Boox Coming Hitting US Shores

It’s taken a bit longer than most people would have expected, but the Boox e-reader will finally be available in the USA, and shipments are expected to begin in 2 weeks. The pricing might come as a surprise to some folks though, at $349, it’s more expensive than the Nook and Kindle, and doesn’t sport any 3G support. Sure, it sports a WebKit browser, 532MHz processor, Wi-Fi, e-ink display, 512MB or memory, 1600mAh battery, but is it enough to topple Amazon’s Goliath?
